PRIVACY
Privacy policy
This policy describes the scripts that ship on pokeversus.net on 29 Oct 2026. The operator contact is [email protected]. If a script is added or removed, this page changes in the same release.
This site uses a default-load model. Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Adsterra start on the first page view, before any click. The banner at the bottom is notice plus a withdraw control, not a gate. Accept keeps the default set on; Reject turns it off and is remembered for 180 days. Your browser’s Global Privacy Control signal is treated as Reject. After Reject, Google’s static tag library may still be requested, but the site sets its disable flag before config; advertising and Clarity loaders are skipped.
What loads, and what it stores
| Name | When | Purpose | Cookies and localStorage |
|---|---|---|---|
| This site (first party) | Every page | Remember your choice and the closed state of the ad bar | localStorage pv-consent = {choice: granted|rejected, ts}. Kept 180 days. localStorage pv-social-closed = {ts} when you close the Social Bar, also 180 days. Our own code sets no first-party cookie. |
| Google Analytics 4 (G-TDCV5MNCT6) | First page view by default; stopped by Reject | Aggregate page and event measurement | Requests use www.googletagmanager.com and www.google-analytics.com. GA4 can store _ga and _ga_TDCV5MNCT6 cookies; browser settings and vendor configuration affect expiry. We do not assert a configured event-retention period. Privacy terms: https://policies.google.com/privacy. |
| Microsoft Clarity (z53fnbqxnb) | First page view by default; stopped by Reject | Heatmaps and session recordings | Requests use www.clarity.ms, scripts.clarity.ms and regional collectors under *.clarity.ms. Clarity can store _clck and _clsk; Microsoft services may use MUID. The exact storage and retention depend on vendor configuration and browser restrictions. Microsoft’s terms: https://privacy.microsoft.com/. |
| Adsterra (publisher 3403020) | First page view by default; stopped by Reject | Deliver NativeBanner_1 (unit 31978820) and SocialBar_1 (unit 31978821) | Both configured loader URLs use bicea.org. Observed downstream creative requests also use static.nresystems.com, cdn.show-creative1.com, cdn.storageimagedisplay.com, cdn.cloudpiko.com and cdn.show-sb.com. These advertising partners receive request metadata and may use their own storage for delivery or frequency measurement. Creative hosts can vary by auction. We do not invent cookie names or expiry values. Vendor terms: https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/. Adult ads are disabled in the unit configuration. |
| YouTube (youtube-nocookie.com) | When you press Play video | Play the cited gameplay clip | The click creates a youtube-nocookie.com iframe; playback can request Google/YouTube media and use vendor storage. Exact keys depend on playback and browser settings. All preview thumbnails are served locally; no YouTube iframe loads on arrival. |
| pokeversus.com | When you press Play in browser | Load the official game | The game iframe runs under pokeversus.com and sets its own storage under that domain’s policy. It is not part of the first HTML. |
Hosting and contact mail
Cloudflare provides site delivery and Email Routing. Requests disclose normal network metadata to the hosting provider. Email sent to [email protected] is routed to our mail-hub Worker and mailbox; include only the information needed to answer your message. We do not publish your message or use it as a game account.
Consent Mode and the banner
The layout defines gtag and sets Consent Mode v2 defaults before the GA4 config call: analytics_storage is granted; ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization start denied and are updated to granted when no Reject record exists. ads_data_redaction and url_passthrough are on. This is the same model used across the site: measurement runs by default, and Reject is the withdrawal.
The banner is first-party code. No traffic-mesh or other third-party consent SDK is loaded. Cookie settings in the footer reopens the banner. Choosing Reject writes pv-consent with choice rejected, sends a denied consent update and reloads the page to terminate already-running advertising and recording scripts. The next page reads the saved rejection before analytics configuration and skips advertising and recording loaders. Choosing Accept stores granted and reloads to restore the integrations. A rejection cannot undo requests already sent before the click. If the browser sends Global Privacy Control, the site records rejected without waiting for a click. Do Not Track is not a reliable signal in current browsers, so it is not used as the switch.
Legal basis and retention
- Loading model: analytics, advertising and recording start by default. Silence is not represented here as an affirmative consent click. Use Reject to stop subsequent collection on this site; Cookie settings lets you revise the stored choice.
- Site operation and security: legitimate interest in serving the pages, keeping the build safe, and answering mail sent to [email protected].
- Retention we control in the published code: pv-consent and pv-social-closed expire after 180 days. Vendor-side retention is governed by each vendor and its account configuration; no unverified retention setting is promised here. Contact mail is processed through Cloudflare Email Routing and our mail-hub Worker to answer your request.
- Rights: email [email protected] to ask what is stored, to object, to withdraw consent, or to request deletion. There is no account database on this site. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
- Changes: the date on this page is the last edit. Material changes replace this text and the date.
Personalized advertising and opt-outs
Adsterra may use cookie and device data to choose and cap ads. You can object to personalized advertising through the vendor and industry controls: Adsterra at https://adsterra.com/privacy-policy/, Google Ad Settings at https://adssettings.google.com/, the Network Advertising Initiative at https://optout.networkadvertising.org/, and the Digital Advertising Alliance at https://optout.aboutads.info/. These links do not mean this site is a member of every program; they are the standard opt-out routes.
We do not sell personal information, do not build accounts, and do not ask for your name or email to read the guide. The only first-party contact route is [email protected].

Questions
Do you load advertising and analytics scripts?
Yes. Google Analytics 4 (G-TDCV5MNCT6), Microsoft Clarity (z53fnbqxnb) and Adsterra (publisher 3403020, NativeBanner_1 31978820 and SocialBar_1 31978821) load on the first page view by default. You do not have to click Accept first. Reject stops advertising and recording loaders, disables GA4 collection, and is remembered for 180 days. Google’s static tag library may still be fetched.
How do I change my choice?
Use Cookie settings in the footer. Accept stores pv-consent as granted. Reject stores it as rejected and stops the scripts. The record lasts 180 days, after which the next visit treats it as missing and loads the default set again.
Do you show adult ads?
No. The Adsterra website and both units are configured with adult ads off. Only the Native Banner and Social Bar formats are placed; there is no Popunder, Banner or Smartlink unit on this site.
